Abject refusal to problem solve with patient
Provider suggested expensive, on patent, treatments that aren't covered by insurance and refused to provide alternatives. Typical dermatologist wants to treat what they perceive as important cosmetic issues vs what you are concerned with. Office makes a big push to refer patients to their preferred pharmacy vs using the patient's pharmacy.

First visit
What a Great Doctor…she verbally connects with you. She spoke in our terms as well as the medical terms. She is very thorough. I highly recommend Dr. Sacksteder. The staff was top notch as well. Awesome experience here!

Dr. Sacksteder is wonderful!! I was a bit nervous going in for my first skin exam (melanoma runs in my family), but she was kind, knowledgeable, and really made me feel comfortable. I was expecting to be there at least an hour, but I was in and out in 45 minutes. And that’s with her removing 2 moles! I highly recommend Dr. Sacksteder!

Dr. Stacksteeder is wonderful. She diagnosed my skin issue correctly, after two other doctors failed to do so. She also discovered that I had early stages of Melanoma. She is kind,knowledgable, confident and caring.

My entire family of 5 (3 kids ages 10, 12, & 14) including my elderly father are patients of Dr. Sacksteder. She has been absolutely amazing with a range of dermatology issues! We have had several emergency situations in which she has seen us immediately! She is attentive, warm, professional, and I would recommend her to anyone!

I went in pretty nervous, and Dr. Sacksteder instantly made me feel better with her positive and upbeat personality. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to offer many options for my treatment so I could choose which one I felt was best for me. She treated me as if I was her only patient that day. Wish I could give 10 stars.

Dr. Sacksteder is a five star dermatologist! I’ve seen her for acne treatments, annual skin checks, and cosmetic procedures. At every appointment she has patiently listened to my medical history and concerns, made me feel validated and comfortable, and created an easy to follow treatment plan.

Dr. Sacksteder is amazing! She always spends extra time with my daughter. She makes her feel special. She gets to know her. My daughter's skin is amazing now! My family loves Dr. Sacksteder. My husband, myself and my other daughter see her as well. Every visit she addresses the problem, efficiently and knowledgeably. I have referred many patients to her and will continue to do so!

My experience was great. I felt very comfortable with the staff. My doctor was very patient and knowledgeable. I will be scheduling a full body scan to make sure my skin gets the same treatment as the rest of my body.
