Dr. Larry Stayner, MD

Dr. Stayner has incredible bedside manner. He listens, does a thorough assessment and discusses all treatment options with you. He is very kind and straightforward as well - if something is going to require surgery, he doesn't waste anytime and discusses the procedure in great detail.

Obviously, Dr. Stayner is quite busy but he was relaxed, informative and complete during the visit. I’m quite pleased to have been able to see him.

I needed shoulder surgery, and after a little research, Dr. Stayner's name was always at the top of the list. I should preface this by saying I have 40 years of healthcare experience, and am extremely critical about the care I receive. I drove 2 hours one way for my appointments and surgery. It was worth it! I couldn't have asked for a better experience and outcome. Dr. Stayner and his staff are wonderful, kind, caring, understanding with a little humor mixed in. The follow-up care directly after surgery was the best -- with a phone call by Dr. Stayner on a Saturday to see how I was doing. If I or any family member needs orthopedic services, I would not let them go to anyone but Dr. Stayner. Seriously. He's that good.

I have been seeing him for over 30 years. He is absolutely amazing and he’s a very good doctor.. He also is one of the most friendly doctors I’ve ever met in my life. He just makes the atmosphere better. I would recommend him any time.

The whole surgery was exceptional.

Well other than the 1 hour and 15 minute wait my experience was great the gals up front were friendly and helpful the whole staff was friendly and helpful! Dr Stayner always a joy to talk too makes you feel right at home and at ease he’s an excellent surgeon! The return of phone calls promptly needs to be addressed when I do get too speak with Saberina she is friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable and a Great attitude a person you feel comfortable talking with! Saberina is a good front person for Northern Rockies being she is the first person patience talk too, great costumer service!!

The staff was very professional and friendly. They addressed all my questions and put me at ease regarding my upcoming surgery.

Dr. Stayner is gentle with his examinations, and concerned about my shoulder. He is trying to get to the bottom of my shoulder pain and trying to avoid any more surgery with cortisone shots, trying to see if that will solve the problem before ordering an MRI. I feel comfortable with his decision.

Dr. Stayner is an excellent doctor! He was able to quickly and accurately diagnose my injury and came up with a plan to fix everything. He is a good listener and pays attention to details. I highly recommend Dr Stayner!

He was recommended by a physical whose husband was seen-by him. Their glowing recommendation was paramount and i agree.

Great Surgeon

Dr Stayner did a great job fixing my rotator cuff. Too many years of shoulder pain are now a distant memory. Things like splitting firewood or casting a fly are a pleasure again. Sometimes I really can’t believe the difference. Thank you to Dr Stayner and your team for everything so far - knees are next!!
