Dr. Laudann Taravati, MD

Horrific response. Non-existent. You’re told to use the Mychart system to receive a response within 48 hours and you don’t get that. Your left with calling the office and the receptionist says she’ll forward the message but you still don’t get a response. I don’t spoke to a medical staff. Member who said she read my Mychart communication, which was interesting because I never received any kind of response from anyone. And it’s been since September I’ve been waiting for any kind of communications. I’ve been told to speak to my neurologist around meditation questions , around my acute vitals, my ER visits referred back to the neurologist. I’m done. I’m done with being ignored.

1) My appointment canceled by doctor after I arrived at the office, and scheduled (finally able to see after six months of scheduled appointment). 2) Throughout the appointment, I do not feel the doctor cares about patient at all from the doctor’s attitude; I feel very bad in my visiting experience. From my two experiences with the doctor, I do feel the doctor lacks serious attitude for the work and does not care about patients. I do not feel empathy.

I have been waiting for over three months to see this provider and this week they called me to cancel my upcoming appointment unless I left everything and ran to see them within two hours of the call. The excuse is that this provider won’t be at the office on the day of my scheduled appointment. The second solution was to wait until February. This provider treats people with conditions that are highly debilitating so cancelling appointments without a set solution (as having someone fill up for them) is unacceptable. Even if I get another appointment within the date and reasonable time in advance heads up, I don’t trust this provider to be a doctor I can rely on.

Dr. Taravati Is an outstanding physician who connects and listens to their patients and focuses on them. She has been seeing me for my issues, and she has never felt alone or like I won't get anywhere.
