Dr. Laura Janes, DO

I felt Dr. Janes was very thorough, covered a lot of ground, was a very good listener and keen observer. She addressed my concerns and provided good suggestions/info about many things over the several visits I've had with her. I trust her judgment. Wait time was minimal. I'm very hard of hearing and her staff was considerate and helpful.

The customer service at this place is terrible. The receptionists are rude and never answer the phone or call you back. It took me a week and half of calling every day and leaving messages for them to refill a prescription I have been on for years. They also continue to call my mom even though I am 22 and have repeatedly told them to use my phone number instead. They just called my mother and told her they need to speak with me urgently. However when she passed the messages along to call them back, they once again did not answer and I left a message. I wonder how many days I will take to get a call back this time!!

She is absolutely the best Dr I have ever had in my 63 years . She is upbeat always smiling takes the time to listen and understand , and always has a treatment plan or will find a solution to make you feel better. Dr Janes is a wonderful physician and I am very happy I found her

I went to Dr Janes who was very nice I waited over an hour and when I called for refills her staff said NO because I was on Medicaid which I was not, which is beside the point when asked for an explanation they hung up on me. I had a recent hospitalization. Which maxed my insurance So there were no copays or out of pocket costs. D Gould

Dr Janes makes you feel extremely comfortable and takes the time to listen. I am a 45 yr female and i have NEVER felt so comfortable in a doctors office. She takes her time with you. She never rushes you and listens to your concerns. Even if i move out of state, i will always have her as my doctor.
