Never returned my calls or portal messages when I called about pain after being diagnosed with a specific type of cyst for over 5 business days. Apparently had misdiagnosed me based on my follow up with another Dr at the practice. Then awkwardly called me after likely getting spoken to by the practice management and had the nerve to gaslight me and claim that I misunderstood or misheard her during our last appointment and diagnosis. Accepting responsibility would have gone a long way. Save yourself the trouble and go to literally anyone else. My experience has been wonderful at the same practice after switching doctors.

Dr. Givens took so much time to talk to me and make me feel welcomed and comfortable. She motivated me and I left that office feeling so much better about life! She encouraged me and uplifted me. I almost canceled the appointment and I’m so glad I didn’t. I am truly grateful for the time she spent with me. I never expected to leave a obgyn appointment so empowered and encouraged. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr. Givens! You are truly the best doctor I have ever had. Be blessed!

Dr. Givens took the time to listen to every concern that I had and answered each question in detail to better help me understand my health condition. She was very caring and compassionate. She is a wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Givens has been through several pregnancies, miscarriages, and surgeries with me and also delivered both my girls. She is highly knowledgeable, and seems to genuinely care about her patients. She made me feel like I wasn’t on this journey of struggling to have kids and a healthy pregnancy on my own. Haven’t had a dr I love more than her!

My first appointment was scheduled for 7am and Dr. Givens did not come in to see me until 7:35, making me late for work. Then, I had to wait OVER TWO WEEKS to speak with the doctor about my test results. Givens then told me over the phone that I have PCOS and need to start a medication THAT NIGHT so I could get used to it over the weekend; HOWEVER, she did not call it in. I left a message over the weekend and nobody got back to me, so I called on Monday evening and they said there was nothing in my chart about a medication! I left a message the next day stating that I need to speak with the doctor about this issue. THIS IS THE WORST DOCTOR'S OFFICE I'VE EVER BEEN TO, AND I CANNOT FIND A NEW OBGYN FAST ENOUGH!

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Givens. She has taken care of me through both of my pregnancies. She also found my brain tumor (yes a OB GYN that diagnosed a brain tumor) I refer every woman I know to her for their female care.

The loss of a child is a burden that no one should have to bare. I am truly sorry for your loss. I have children of my own. As a patient of the practice and a former labor and delivery nurse my recollection of events is quite different. I would like to say that doctor givens is one of the most well trained compassionate physicians I have ever worked with. She was always teaching us and answering any questions we had. In your situation if there was anything at all that could have been done to save your baby she would have done it. I'm so sorry about your loss but I felt the need to share what I know about doctor givens. She is compassionate, intelligent and does everything she can humanly possible to get her patients the best outcomes. She is human and sometimes miracles don't happen. Even though it may be hard to accept I know that she did all she could for you and your baby.

An amazing physician with staff who are very caring. After multiple pregnancy losses and specialists office visits with other providers that left my husband and I with no answers to our fertility concerns, Dr. Givens was able to identify a common health condition. I have since had two children and both prenatal experiences were great to include delivery.

I like Dr. Givens, great Dr. Some of her staff aren't as friendly to be working in this type of environment. It's one in particular named T. Doesn't have the friendly, professionalism to be out front. Some of them need to change their attitude and they're working with the public.

Extremely disappointed with the staff at this office to say the least. Do not expect a quick response with any question you might have. The woman on the phone whom I won't name was so rude/cruel I signed my transfer papers to a new doctor the next day. Dr.Givens seems like a great doctor and very knowledgeable however the people who represent her and answer the phones are some of the worst I have ever dealt with. I will not be back due to this.

Experience with this doctor has been really poor. 1st appointment while it was my first, was over 2 hours long. Having to call a few times after and the woman answering are very board with you and not helpful at all. My last call I was on hold for 25 minutes, and they couldn't help me at all. I won't be returning.

This was the most unprofessional office I have EVER encountered. I was sent for a blood test that insurance would not cover but was not told that in advance though the receptionist/ insurance clerk knew. Also had problems with that office returning phone calls.

I met Dr Givens while I was recovering in the hospital after the birth of my first child. She left a lasting impression with how warm and friendly she was, and truly cared about me and my baby, though we werent her actual patients. I decided to go to her for my second Pregnancy, and am so glad I did. I just wished I had gone to her with my first as well. She and her staff are warm and friendly, upbeat, encouraging, they explain things, and really take the time to make sure you are taken care of.
