I cannot say enough about Dr Novosad. Took the time out not only to treat but educate on what we were going through.

Dr. Novosad was great. Courtney her practice manager however is rude and has no integrity. She said she would call me back multiple times to schedule a procedure and when she finally did. She was rude, unprofessional and kept sighing as she spoke over me. While I would go back to Dr. Novosad again. I will not ever go back as long as this is the way they treat people.

Dr. Novosad helped me get back to a great quality of life. I came to her with fissures that would not heal on their own. We tried a topical medicine first and after a couple of months of no progress, we decided on a surgical procedure. That was 1.5 years ago and they have healed and not come back. She also took the time to educate me on what I can do to help prevent fissures and constipation which is what sometimes can lead to fissures. I am forever grateful to Dr. Novosad!

NUTSHELL: knowledgeable physician, terrible follow-up and follow-through, and I can't for the life of me understand why someone would disregard someone in such pain. Don't expect anything to happen expeditiously, efficiently, or that all of your concerns will be addressed fully. FIRST APPT 8/12/20: I came to Dr. Novasad on a recommendation and I could not be more disappointed. She's a very knowledgeable physician, but is WAY too busy to address your needs in an efficient manner. I waited over two hours past my scheduled time for my appointment, to which I arrived to on time, and there were no apologies from office staff or the doctor herself when they finally called me back. The office staff (Amanda and Larry) were friendly, and continue to be helpful in trying to reach the doctor for my multiple follow-up requests since I had my first appointment. It took multiple phone calls and messages, and more than 2 weeks, but I got on the schedule. FOLLOW-UP APPT 9/2/20: I scheduled a foll

I am the mother of 2 beautiful daughters that have unfortunately been diagnosed with Crohns disease. The oldest daughter was already diagnosed a few years before she met Dr Novasad and was in poor condition. Dr Novasad treated her, &educated her about Crohns while helping her get to a better quality of life. Im elated to say that she is happier and now able to socialize and enjoy being young. In 2019, her younger sister began having colorectal problems and after exams and testing, was diagosed with Crohns. She was treated by DrNovasad. Unfortunately, her case took a totally different turn. She needed more care than was availiable at this hospital. I would recommend Dr L Novasad as a knowledgeable, very capable, efficient and caring doctor. She wants the best outcome possible with the least amount of trama to her patient. Shes a thinker and a problem solver at a very good hospital with a committed nursing staff. I cant say enough about healing that we as a familyreceived there.

There are always extremely long and unnecessary wait times. The first time I came here, I waited for an hour and a half. The second time, I was her first appointment and came in as soon as they unlocked the door. Despite this, I waited over a half hour, for NO REASON. She can be very rude, condescending, and indifferent. I would not go back to her in the future

I was so embarrassed and scared but Dr. Novosad immediately made me feel comfortable! She is very detailed and honest. She doesn't not fluff or sugar coat anything. She confirmed that I do have a small fistula but also enlightened me on why I have problems with controlling bowel movements. I highly recommend her!!

I highly recommend Dr Novosad to anyone. I was extremely uncomfortable with my problem, she is very professional and put me at ease immediately. I have had 2 different surgery procedures within a 3 year span & both experiences were the best they could be under the circumstance. No one wants to discuss or review Dr's who provide healthcare for certain parts of our body, but this dr is so good at what she does, I had to say something. Thank you Dr Novosad for your compassion excellent care! JW

This Doctor was sent from heaven!!!! I was dying from a botched surgery and I was close to dead. That's until Dr. Novasad came into the picture. She told me I was dying and no promises about saving me. Reason for that was due to other hospital and other doctor's decided to push my colon thru the bladder stapled above the stomach wall which shredded my stomach. Well here I am, one year later still breathing and she also found away to reverse me!!! She so amazing!!!
