The rudest staff around! Dr. Skaff is ok, but more concerned with performing testing over and over to get insurance money. Wants to see patients every week! Difficult to even have the phone answered by her staff. Also had her son taking patients back, which was acting totally inappropriate. Very creepy guy! And then there's the wait time, plan on taking a lunch with you, usually 2 hour wait in the lobby, and another hour in the back. Please select another physician.

Terrible, you have to wait over an hour just to see her then when you do she spends hardly any time actually talking with you. Calls you with results but doesn't explain them at all. Always wanting to send you to the ER for nothing at all. Takes forever to get a phone call into her office and or get prescriptions straightened out. Her staff has no clue what they're doing always putting you on hold and never returning.Would not recommend for my dog let alone a person!

TERRIBLE!! I have NEVER waited less than an hour past my appointment time, the office staff is extremely unprofessional and does NOT communicate with Dr. Skaff. It usually takes at least 10 tries to even get someone to answer the phone. She will order EVERY test known to man if you have good insurance, and if an issue comes back on the bloodwork, she tells you to rush to the ER instead of discussing the problem with you herself. She does NOT pay attention to what prescriptions she writes.

Office staff will put you on hold and never come back to answer. Wait time is too long and once you get in to see her she only spends last then five minutes with you. Office needs to be retrained and her phone system needs to be updated so that it won't take days to get someone to schedule an a appointment for you.
