Doctor edson is nothing short of outstanding every visit to her is full of her passing on knowledge to continue my good health thanks to her she is the best

Excellent doctor
My ex wife was an RN and said this is a very good doctor and she was right on. I have been with Dr. Edison for over 25 years. Dr. Edison is a caring doctor that tells me what l need to extend my life for as long as possible. When l first came in, she gave me an EKG as a baseline. Dr Edison always takes the time to explain to me about my health. She sometimes has PA's in training and l have always enjoyed using them as well for my healthcare.

Good doctor, caring doctor. She is amazing one, takes time to answer questions. But hard to get appointment as irresponsible front office guy. The guy doesn't give appointment, puts us in long hold. He never calls to schedule appointment. I wish she can hire more responsible individuals. I am changing my doctor as I have tried multiple times to get appointment with her.

Highly Recommend
I have been looking for a new PCP for a couple of years after my previous Dr. joined a big medical group and turned into a turn-style type practice. I was able to get in as a new patient within a few weeks and Dr. Edison took her time to get to know me and start to develop a plan to get my health back on track. I'm not in to just popping a pill to treat a symptom and its nice to have a Dr. that is on the same page.

My girlfriend tells me Dr Edison is fantastic but I get very frustrated when I see her so sick from the flu and takes 5 days for a call back,takes a week to get an appointment,prescriptions they say are sent to Wallgreens are not received after her sitting for an hour waiting whilst sick.

Dr. Edison is phenomenal; unfortunately, her front office isn't. Her Office Manager, Nancy, is very disorganized, makes a lot of excuses, passes the buck when she makes mistakes, she does not follow up, is not thorough when it comes to processing referrals, and overall, simply treats you like a number to be rushed off the phone or a box to be checked off for the day. Nancy's pride leaves a very bad mark on a very good Doctor.

Doctor never checks on you, it's all nurses. Bad experience at all. Still surprise they have patients in their office.
