She would come in the room & just blankly stare at me. Also, I made sure I scheduled my 20 week ultrasound & follow up appointment 5 days in between each other. I wanted to make sure they had plenty of time to get my results & everything since communication with Sweetwater OBGYN in general was very poor. I come in for my follow up appointment & was asked several times if I had had my ultrasound. It was obvious they were not organized & didn’t care if they had my results or not for my appointment that was specifically for going over my ultrasound results. They did not have my results after 5 days & also didn’t apologize for my wasted appointment. Also, they didn’t care to go over the ultrasound when they did get the results. Very very very poor bedside manner & didn’t care that they were inadequate. Dr. Rafanan just wanted me as a patient to deliver my baby to get her money. I was seen as a cash cow in her eyes. Thankfully I was able to get a new OB before I was due.

I feel she lacked experience. Could have done a better job at explaining issues better and giving a heads up about what tests where to come in the future. Could not answer my questions well or have a valid reason why things were happening. Over all do not recommend for first time moms.
