No Complaints about her
She's very pleasant, & I thought thorough. It's not her fault appts. are hard to get, as some gave her a low rating for that: She's not the appt. desk.

Do not even bother trying to get an appt with this practitioner. They just called again to cancel my appt for December. This is the 3rd time this year they have called me to cancel and postpone. The appt keeps getting further & further out. Obviously she is too busy to keep her scheduled appt.

I switched to Dr. Erefej from my longtime Endo that I thought was good.. She covered more information and explained more than any doctor i have had in 7 years and I am a cancer survivor that also has autoimmune issues. She asked questions, listened, explained what she was doing and why. Explained in detail what each did and how she would determine next steps. She is running a test that should help greatly after years of no real help. She gave me hope that doctors still want to help resolve health issues.

Unsatisfactory. Had to wait for months to get a visit. Waited 1 1/2 hours in the waiting room. No apology about the wait from the doctor or staff. She came in and lectured me about my disease, like she had a planned script, never asking me about what I already know. Afterwards did take the time to make a plan-Follow up in 1 year. Overall I felt like a number, that she is rigid in her approach, cookie cutter ideas regarding patient treatment. The office processes are broken. They ask you to complete a standard patient history and medical form ahead of time and take it with you to the visit. No one read the form, ever, during the visit! The medical assistants are unfriendly, unhelpful, sat around at the desk while I wondered where the doctor was... Overall I would say don’t go to this doctor. I’m not going back!,

Dissatisfied patient – Jan 09, 2020

I had a 40 minute appointment with Dr. Ereifej yesterday. This was my first appointment with her and I felt that she was thorough and competent. I have a very complex case, with a long medication list, and she asked all the right questions and listened to (and responded to) all of my concerns. I am a very "involved" patient that expects a lot from a doctor. I have only positive experiences to share. I'll see her again in 6-weeks.

I saw her at Lovelace Medical Center Osuna and Jefferson 9/2018. Very great barely AVERAGE doctor who phones in her appointments. Great communication skills ONLY to talk down to you. And she listens patiently to you, but does not really listen - she's only waiting for her turn. She has no real compassion or connection to her patients. And she's not board certified endo. If you need a new prescription see her. If you want more look elsewhere. Good luck!

Dr Ereifej took care of me when I had a rare endocrine issue. She listened to my questions and concerns, researched the condition thoroughly, and was a constant advocate for me throughout the ordeal. She is approachable and compassionate and I feel fortunate to have a dr like her in my corner. I trust this doctor.

Dr. Ereifej was wonderful. She spoke In depth with me about my issues and made sure to answers all my questions prior to finishing my appointment. The whole staff was helpful and but both my wife and I at ease during the entire visit. I would recommend Dr. Ereifej to any one I know in search of an endocrinologist.

It's nerve wracking any time you see a new doctor, but Dr.Ereifej put me at ease and made me very comfortable. The girls at the front desk were very friendly as well as the Medical Assistant who took me back to my room. I feel like Dr.Ereifej really cares about her patients. She addressed all of my concerns. I would recommend this Endocrinologist to everyone.

Do not waste your time with this extremely unprofessional and uncaring doctor. I had been waiting 4 months to see her for a very serious health conditon, and she cancelled my appt. a few days before because she "made other plans" that day and was expecting me to wait another month. Her staff is just as rude and uncaring.
