Very positive and encouraging
Dr Galati was one of the few doctors who was a positive influence on my treatment. I'm very happy with her diagnosis and treatment and continue seeing her.

Horrible experience
She told my father he had a 96% cure rate of his cancer . She cut open his tumor and it grew rapid fire and she put my father in a bad position . I don't recommend any family who is experiencing any issues with cancer or anything to go anywhere near her. She should get her medical license taken away

Wish there were more stars to give her!
She treated me and organized chemo and radiation therapy. Kind professional, and patient with wonderful communication skills. I would rate her as my absolute favorite.

I am here to praise Dr. Lisa Galati. She is a caring passionate Dr. who really cares for her patients. I had tongue cancer and she was so sweet and caring. My surgery was 6 months ago and I am still her patient. I wouldn’t ask for anyone else. Thank you Dr. Galotti for making me feel good and being so caring.

Dr. Galati is one the best surgeons and is a caring, concerned, life saving person. I have been seeing her for two years. She removed a cancerous tumor from my mouth and has since taken the steps to make sure I'm free from cancer and has overseen the reconstructive surgeries needed since the original excision. She has a wonderful personality and shows her patients that she is concerned for their well being. Highly recommended !!

Dr Galati is an excellent, skilled surgeon with a great “bedside” manner! She provided us with realistic outcomes & risks if a complicated surgery - which went perfectly. She created a team with the specialists that fit my son’s needs exactly. His dad said that if such a situation ever happened to him, he’d fly out from Colorado to have the team my son had. Couldn’t be happier with our decision to seek out Dr Galati!!

Dr Galati and her team performed surgery on my neck last October. I had a big melanoma tumor on my neck. They did an excellent job! She was the only that would do the surgery because the other doctors didn't want to touch it because of size and location. I still see her every 6 months.

I have seen Dr Galati for a couple of years and consider her one of the best Physicians I have known or provided me treatment. She is a sensitive Doctor and person, straight forward in her discussions, informed in the options, extremely knowledgeable in her profession, an excellent listener and takes my opinions and wishes into consideration in providing my treatment. I feel she spends a lot of time in planning, discussing and providing my health care, evaluation, and treatment. Highly recommend

I would like to retract my last review posted July 12, two days after my surgery. It has now been over two months and I still can hardly talk, let alone sing. I followed all post op instructions exactly, have been examined twice by her colleague with no explanation, I am going to voice therapy as well. My surgery was for a simple small vocal papilloma. I am very discouraged. I emphasized that I was a singer and to take extreme care with my voice. I am so disheartened, my life is ruined.

It took me over a month to get an appointment with her so I figured she was a good doctor. Upon having my first visit I’m not sure why she’s as booked as she is. She does not listen to her patients and is constantly cutting you off so she can talk, I’m not sure if that’s because she thinks she knows everything but i would rather have a doctor who listens to me instead of assuming they know what is wrong.

I will not be recommending Dr. Galati to any of my friends or family. Had a horrible experience in her office. She doesn’t listen to her patients or spend very much time with them in the office. She’s very quick and seems like she’s in a rush

Dr. Is fine it's her office staff that is terrible!!! Won't return calls of a serious nature. When they do call back they have no clue what's going on and if you have even had surgery. Steer clear of this practice until the Dr makes some major changes in her staff.

Worst staff ever. Left me in waiting room for 20 minutes, and in the exam room for 40 more without even being seen. I left, and it took months of phone calls and letters to process a refund. That I received a apology from the staffer responsible for processing the refund and not the doctor herself is truly arrogance personified. It takes weeks to get an appointment. It's as if she is some sort of queen. There are myriad other ENTs who will see you the same day and offer compassion. AVOID!
