Not Efficient medical practice. More than 1hour wait all the time. Bedside manner horrible. Specially with elders she has no regards what so ever.

Best frigging surgeon. I’m an artist that needed Tommy John Surgery in order to paint. No pain. Not necessary to take meds. In house fluoroscopy! Dr diagnosed by exam. She’s fantastic and I recommend her without reservation

Both my husband and I were treated with a very high level of respect, courtesy, professionalism and care. My surgery lasted less than 30 minutes. Because I did not have general anesthesia, we were on our way home only an hour later. I highly recommend Dr. Lattanza and her highly skilled surgical team.

Two other surgeons couldn't figure out what the issue was with my arm, but Dr. Lattanza figured it out right away. She often is running late because she's so busy, so reserve extra time for your appointments and surgery.

Dr Lattanza's compassion and consummate professionalism have helped me enormously. She took on my case and immediately got me into the fabulous UCSF system, connecting me with other specialists and generally overseeing my care. I could not be more grateful.

Dr. Lattanza is the best, so good that I was willing to delay essential wrist surgery until she was available. She is a superb surgeon and treats her patients with respect and kindness.

This top notch surgeon has a reputation for excellence for a reason. I've had two surgeries related to a serious elbow injury that involved rebuilding my elbow and inserting a plate to hold it all together. Dr. L's skill with the repair of the bones and the incision is remarkable and looks like I'll get full range of motion back. Don't hesitate to make this your surgeon!!!!!!!!!

Didnt have a real conversation the day we met. She was running late.No review of what she would be doing or if I had questions. I would have liked to have seen her for first post op. Had seratonin overload with Tramadol and my Emsam patch., fainted, sweaty, clammy, super nauseated, BP high, very low, high, low. Took off Emsam patch. My husband had to pick me up off the toilet floor. Symptoms eventually went away. I like the daily check ins. I like Meghan. Very thorough, smart, friendly.

Dr. Latanza is personable, very articulately expresses the patient condition and possible solutions, and immensely skilled at what she does. My surgery was a very esoteric wrist surgery and apparently I will have full rotation in my wrist as well as flexion. I cannot overemphasize how much I would recommend her as a surgeon

After several hand surgeries for conditions i didn't even have..and A LOT of research and visits to every hand surgeon in the city (for the least fraudulent/lying hand surgeon) Dr. Lattanza was my choice -- She is factually the most competent, most educated, and highest credentialed Ortho M.D. in the State. She performed the reconstructive, salvage surgery that turned out great -- It meant a lot to me -- she 'saved' my hand (used 169,000 times a day!) Thank you L.Lattanza with UCSF.
