Wonderful Doctor
Dr. Williams has helped me immensely. He is competent, professional, and compassionate. His office is very busy and due to medical missions and other good things Dr. Williams participates in his schedule is somewhat hectic, but he has always accomodated me.

Only because these is no zero
Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment to a crowded waiting area. I watched it empty and refill, people after me come and gone. While waiting an elderly man came in, was addressed by name by staff, he said his conditioning repair man was coming and he couldn't be late getting home. About an hr after I arrived was I taken to a room. I told the staff I was almost an hour after my appointment, that my time was as important as Dr.s. I was told 'we are short staffed' I waited 20 more minutes and I hear the older gentleman in the next room. Dr. is in the room to left and the older gentleman to my rt. Next I hear Dr talking with the older man, skipped past me, I walked out 1:15 minutes past my appointment. Never did see the Dr. and canceled all appointments, won't be back. I'm respectfully on time, the Dr is disrespectful when he is not close to on time. Poor scheduling is NOT and excuse, your the Dr. and responsible to see your on time, I opened your schedule for you.

Very satisfied
I had a lot to learn about spinal injury & my specific abnormalities. My orthopedist recommended Dr Williams & I am so glad he did. The diagnostic procedures needed before insurance would cover the treatment were time consuming but the staff were kind & helpful especially because I must travel 2 hours to Las Cruces. Thank you all!

Dr Williams has helped me so much. He is treating my low back pain that no one else could & now he is treating my eye pain after me having shingles inside my eye that left me with awful eye pain. With my consent we mutually decided it was time for me to try to get off my pain meds. It worked for awhile. When a degree of pain came back, he LISTENED to me & wrote me another script, but now, after the time off from pain meds, I’m able to manage my pain well with only a fraction of the amount of med I used to take. Yes, sometimes he is in a rush, what Dr isn’t? But he ALWAYS listens, is ALWAYS polite & is unfailingly kind. He is a compassionate man & Dr. I would recommend him. But do be forewarned, the office waits can be long at times, especially if u have an afternoon appt.

My wife and I are not very happy with Dr. Willaims. He is always in a rush, will not listen to you or acknowledged your symptoms. All he wants to do is push medications but take you off any and all good pain medications. He does the SCS implants as well as as the DRG stimulator to treat CRPS but did not know if you can have an SCS and a DRG stimulator at the same time. He had to ask my Abbott rep if it's possible to have both. Hes not a very good pain management doctor

He would not listen to me or my health history. Instead he was more for cutting me up than treating what is the root cause of my pain. If your reading this go to a chiropractor a balanced one. They also go to medical school.

This guy doesn’t know what he is doing. Left me worse that what I was. Put me a neurostimulator and had to adjust 3 times because it would not work properly. I had to practically fight to have him take it off which he wouldn’t. I finally went to a real spine dr in El Paso Dr. V to get stimulator out because it was put in backwards.. I would never go back to Dr Williams if my life depended on it..

Dr Williams is an outstanding care provider. As a patient suffering from chronic pain, he listened to my concerns and created a treatment plan. After six months of a integrated, multi-faceted treatment, pain isn't the primary driver in my life. Thanks to Dr Williams and his staff.

Having had a broken neck years ago, as well as a progressive neuro-muscular disease, I have had over 25 years of experience with pain management. All of my previous doctors continued to prescribe pain meds - for years! With no break from the pain meds, I became dependent on them, and they no longer worked. My quality of life was awful! After weaning myself off pain meds, I went to Dr. Williams, and had my spinal cord stimulator replaced. He is extremely knowledgable and caring. Great doctor!!!

I was hit by a truck and severely injured. Right upon meeting he told me he was taking me off hydrocodone which is all that works. He put me on meds that made my limbs twitch, and made my hands and feet cold and numb. But I was still in pain. He told me to stop eating pork and being a vegetarian and praying would fix my torn rotator cuff. Been meat free for 2 years, pork free since 92, and prayed daily since 81... I'm still in immense pain and unable to work. He's a quack!!!!

I agree with the person from Chaparral. The dr. did not check my medical background nor did he acknowledge my concerns for the 5 minutes he was in the room with me. His decision on how to treat me was based on nothing but his own vague idea of treatment. I'm now in severe pain because he cut me down on the medication I was taking in order to take me off of it completely. My medication had always worked fine and I had no problems with it. I am now without a pain management dr.

I couldn't believe how rude and disrespectful this man was. He won't listen and cares not about any prior medical records. He wants to start over back in middle ages with his crazy ideas about not eating pork and drinking juice. The place stinks and furniture is dirty.he is condescending and treats you like a child I've never seen a worse and more superstitious doctor. He has brought pain and suffering to countless people and needs to be stopped.
