Overall, I think Dr. Vantol is a good doctor. I saw her for a few years and in my deepest depression and anxiety, she was an amazing listener and very empathetic. She genuinely seemed concerned about my well being.

This survey does not ask about relationship building. I have been in Lois practice for two years, and have decided to move on. Lois would often point out things I had done wrong as a patient: I wrote her too long an email. I should have written her, not called. She threatened to terminate me when I missed an appointment when my car had broken down, even after I called to let her know. She refused to see me because I had gotten ill after a medical trial, and needed medical help. The list goes on
