Terrible Office Staff
Dr. Blaum is a fantastic. caring physician. However, his office manager is horrible. I was treated by Dr. Blaum in 2021 and recently received a bill for his services. The reason I was getting a bill 3.5 years after being treated was because the claim was not submitted to my insurance for more than a year after the date of service. Upon explaining this to the office manager I was essentially told that she has nothing to do with billing and there was nothing she could do about it. Working in the medical field myself, I know that is not correct and pushed back on her claim that there was nothing she could do. The office manager eventually agreed to reach out to billing and Dr. Blaum for a resolution. A couple of weeks later I received notice that I had been sent to collections for someone else's mistake.

Severe hand finger vs steak knife injury
2007- after a long period from injury Dr Blum was able to get me fixed after I accidentally scoring an avocado seed and the steak knife went thru both sides of my hand right next to my wedding band. Amazing and did the rehab recommended and have full motion of all 5 fingers and able to wear My wedding ring.

Better than the other guy.
I had carpal tunnel surgery in New York on my right hand. I’m in New Smyrna Beach for the winter. Left hand acted up so I saw Dr. Blaum. If i can hold out until next winter, I’ll come back and have him do the surgery. More thorough than the guy back home. Excellent visit for a steroid shot.

Simply the best! I came to him after a year long problem with another hand doctor. The experience was like night and day. Not only did he fix the problem, he has a wonderful bedside manner. He is friendly, kind and talks to his patients like each is the only one he has. I would recommend him to anyone!

Magnificent doctor. I have surgery scheduled with him in July for a finger joint fusion and I have the utmost respect and trust with Dr. Blaum. He’s funny and he’s smart. Alongside with his staff - I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon to perform my surgery. He puts the patient FIRST above all. Thank you doctor and staff for making me feel at ease. God bless.

I have good Experience with many Orthopdic DR For more than five surgeries On my hand and Suffering pack problems Over 35 years. When I visit DR BLAUM For Hand Surgery ( Right Thumb broken) He Give me Hope. After visiting another Orthopedic Doctor ! He is Swiss Hand Surgery Professional??

Dr Blaum is a extremely gifted and talented surgeon he is outstanding explaining the procedure and performing the procedure he did a complex operation on my left hand and it was virtually pain free and turned out exactly as planed .I trust my hands with him and will highly recommend him.
