I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to this provider. Plan to spend more time on hold over the phone than you’ll ever experience getting care from this person. Not only is SIU Medicine a disgrace, the tone of the care they provide is beyond disgusting. Stay FAR away from here if you’re seeking professional, and kind mental health care. After moving back to IL from another state, I’m beyond disgusted with the quality of care I’m seeing here. This is an extremely under qualified individual from an even more unqualified system. The patient yelling at your incompetent receptionist at my first appt should’ve been indicative of the care you provide. Abysmal! Way to go SIU. No wonder you aren’t a respected organization which is hard to say as someone that went through the SIU system myself.
