My first experience with Dr. Torfah was amazing. I had never had a Dr who listened to me the way she did and it brought me to tears! I felt so validated! I really felt like she cared and wanted to help me feel better. I have been seeing her for a year and I still feel the same way and I FEEL BETTER TOO!

I have been seeing Dr. Torfah since last summer. She has worked magic with my Diabetes Management! My A1c has dropped to a normal range when I was running 13 before! I noted the negative reviews and cannot understand what is wrong with these patients. I have nothing but the utmost respect for Dr. Torfah. She takes her time to explain things to me so I can manage my diabetes better. She has changed my life! I hope she never leaves!

She can be tough, straight to the point and she doesn’t sugar coat anything but that’s what I like most about her. I wouldn’t want a doctor to lie or give me false hope. She listens and always answers my questions. She cares deeply for her patients. I for one wasn’t taking my sugar seriously, my sugars weren’t controlled. It was bad, she was afraid for me. I got my act together and doing so much better. I’m loosing weight and brought my A1C from a 8.9 down to a 6.3. I’m not done yet, I will not fail myself. Thanks for being the great doctor you are Dr. Torfah!! The best I’ve had so far hands down!!

I have found Dr Torfah to be honest and helpful with my treatment of diabetes.

Dr. Torfah was so patient and really listened to my concerns. She explained every procedure to me and why it was necessary. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Dr. Torfah and her staff really care about her patients.

Since the beginning she has listened to me. That is a huge thing when it comes to doctors. Many don't listen and just prescribe meds based on their experiences with other patients. She really knows her speciality because it took several med changes and combinations for her to do what many have not been able to do. Get my A1C to 5.5! I have no idea when it was that low because I have felt horrible for a long time with my other health conditions. All of my doctors (I see 7 on a regular basis!) are very happy with her work with me and the results that are showing. She really knows how to tackle diabetes and help get people's life back. She is tough and I love her for it!

The most judgmental and degrading provider I have ever experienced. She has tainted my opinion of the entire Toledo Clinic. She should be ashamed of how she treats a fellow a human being. I would advise everyone to stay clear of her!
