I came to this clinic as my previous doctor was here. I did my Well Care Check up with Dr Bollineni. I have never paid money for Well Care Check Up. After few weeks ,I received a bill from Cedar Park Regional Medical Center. I called the office and they told me that it's hospital bill. I told them that I wasn't admitted to the hospital and when I asked in the Dr Bollineni office, they told me,my balance was zero.So I asked them, why are you charging me $118.40 cents ? They don't have the answer. I have been calling to the office as well as Cedar Park Regional Medical Center . All they are saying is your balance is zero on our side and hospital is telling me to pay the amount. When asked to the Dr Bollineni. She emailed me saying I don't know how much your insurance coverage is ?When called to my insurance. They told me the office and Dr Bollineni did Vit D test. Doesn't Vit D covered in Well Care Check Up? Why am I paying extra ? I would not suggest anyone to her.

Dr. Bollineni is great! Read on I'll tell you why.
She is a very calm and focused physician, absorbing every detail of your being. Dr. Bollineni has a quiet, gentle and professional demeanor with an under lying warmth. You always have her complete attention. She wants you to take your time with her, communicating your concerns and questions' both physical and mental. She is your health's first line of defense. She has been my physician for a number of years. In the past year she has questioned test results that other specialists have noticed, but not view as significant enough to focus on. In the past year, due to her pursuit, I have been diagnosed with an extremely rare form of leukemia, which was treated with chemo and is in complete remission. I'm now recovering from lung cancer, from which the mass was completely removed before it could do damage. She doesn't run tests unless in her wisdom it is necessary. Dr. Bollineni is great!

I found Dr Bollineni to be very attentive and thorough. She and her staff are very kind, efficient. Not a long wait at all ??. Also, they have their own blood drawing lab for blood work. I am very happy to have found a wonderful PCP so close to my residence.

I was seen by Dr. Bollineni in May 2019 for several health issues. I felt rushed by her and was seen for a total of no more than 20 minutes in her office. I received a bill in the mail from my insurance for the visit and realized she had charged me a total of $438.00 for 20 minutes. It is extremely disturbing to me that doctors feel they can overbill patients such as this, while patients just feel like a number in a long queue of people waiting to solve their health issues. Very disheartening experience with Dr. Bollineni. This practice is part of our overall broken health care system with practitioners gouging patients.

My rating has to do with Dr. Bollineni and not the location. The location and front desk staff are very nice and professional. Dr. Bollineni on the other hand is not a good fit for me. She paid no attention to my symptoms, brushed me off with bronchitis and sent me right back to work. Even after me expressing to her that I felt horrible. From chills to bad chest pain from the constant coughing, she asked me to buy mucinex otc and sent me on my way. I will no longer see her and will move to their cypress creek location instead. This is my second time seeing her, I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt, but she has definitely shown me that she can careless about what is going on with her patient. I would recommend anyone reading this to see someone else instead, a doctor who actually cares about their patients needs.

Dr. Bollineni is a very knowledgeable and skilled physician, with a great personality. She is very willing to listen to questions and provide feedback, in a pleasant, non-condescending manner, which I really like from my doctor. Overall, an excellent physician, who I highly recommend.

Be aware of any labs or blood draws done in their office. My Routine annual blood work was billed 4688.00. When I asked for an explanation I was told it was my responsibility to know if the lab was covered by my insurance. Dr. Bollineni also told me Medicare/ advantage Humana only allows 7 min office visit. No one has ever reached out to discuss the issue so it is obvious they are only there to make money.

Dr. Bollineni is a very accessible physician. She is usually able to see me quickly when I'm sick - I've had other physicians where I've had to wait two weeks or more. She answered some questions that I had regarding a procedure over the phone. Most physician's would have said "make an appointment." Her staff call me back promptly.
