Not thorough, rude, rushed, long wait
Dismissive attitude, excessive wait,does poor job explaining, rude, abruptmanner. Assumed I was still seeing another - did not bother validating.Sloppy appearance- always in scrubs.

First appointment with Dr. Gill
I was impressed with the streamlined service. I usually wait 4 hours or so before leaving the clinic. With Dr. Gill, all went smoothly with each step not taking much wait time at all. Total waiting time including registration which took 45 minutes of my total time, was 2 hours. Dr. Gill was familiar with my medical history. She understood my concerns. She listen well to what I had to say and gave me her honest opinion on a new treatment coming our as well as hope on future treatments coming out for my geographic AMD. I like her.

This was my second experience with Dr. Gill as my opthamologist. This 2nd time was for a very serious condition requiring surgery. I was certainly her most difficult patient in terms of my emotional state. On a personal level, Dr. Gill was understanding, caring and patient. Professionally, her skill as a surgeon is unparalleled. I would never have gone to any other surgeon for this particular condition and I am very grateful to her and her staff for their expertise and support.

Absolutely outstanding, both in clinical skills and communication. I just had a fully detached retina repaired two days ago- the doctor could not have been better. As a healthcare provider, I am that much more critical of my providers and Dr. Gill is definitely one of the BEST there is. There is n doubt in my mind. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Dr. Gill sent a student to perform a test on my eye, the student hurt me, it was a painful experience

Dr. Gill is highly skilled doctor as well as being a warm and caring physician. She is extremely intelligent but is still able to answer any questions, make recommendations, etc. that are understanda le to the layman. While she is extremely busy, she never makes her patients feel rushed, or their issues unimportant. I know I will need lifelong treatment and am so happy that she was recommended to me.
