I have always been happy to see Dr Pardo. He has always taken his time and explained everything with me. The last visit I had with him in December 2016 was very different. He seemed rushed and hardly looked up from his computer at all. He accused me of not showing up for an appointment that I called to cancel due to being out of town for sons treatments. He was aware of this because he had even mailed a letter to me requesting I call to reschedule after my sons treatment, which is what I did.

Dr. Pardo is very nice, he takes time to explain everything to you without rushing. Excellent doctor and I feel very happy I was referred to him for my medical treatment. The office staff is friendly and they make you feel welcome.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Pardo?
The reason for the low rating is the office seems to never be open or never responds to a call. I saw Dr. Pardo three years ago and he seemed like a good doctor. I had an appt 4 months ago and had to cancel because of a family crisis and illness and was scolded for cancelling and am finding it impossible to reschedule and get through to anyone. I've never experienced such poor office management and communication in my life. Their phone system is abysmal to say the least.

Dr. Pardo treats his patients as the most important part of his practice. He takes time to talk with you, he pays attention to everything you say, and addresses all concerns. He has been taking care of me since I went on insulin and I couldn't imagine seeing anyone else. He also has a terrific fund of knowledge and keeps up to date on new research and new developments in his field. Finally, he is very responsive; unlike many physicians, he returns phone calls the same day.
