Dr. Marc Bosem, MD

Been going to Dr. Bosem for several years, 2 yrs ago he did my cataract surgery. I paid out of pocket $8k. He was nice and took time to explain and listen before my surgery, he totally changed afterwards. I was not happy with results of surgery, he had to correct the lens placement. I never really got the clear vision that was anticipated from the surgery. He became very abrupt and dismissive after that. I saw other drs in his practice to monitor my eye pressure because of family history of Glaucoma. 3 mos. ago a specialist in his office told me my eye pressure was high and recommended an implant to manage the drops needed to maintain pressure. I said I would try manual drops first and check pressure in 3 mos. Today I saw Dr Bosem and he barely spent 5 min. with me. Said my eye pressure was fine, did not address anything else, to continue drops and come back in 6 mos. I do not trust Dr. Bosem's diagnosis nor him any longer. Looking for a different Dr. Beware!

Life changing....I can see to drive at night again without glasses.("before my surgery I could barely see at night to drive with glasses")Dr.Marc Bosem did Cataract surgery on both my eyes, and to my amazement I can see colors in my daughters painting that I had never seen before.It brought tears to my eyes because her painting was more beautiful and vibrant than I had known,and also I knew in that moment that my eyes were really bad,and that Dr.Bosem had given me the miracle of seeing life's true colors again. I had a Cataract Surgery with Dr. Marc Bosem on June 11,2019. I dint have the money to pay for the expense higher procedure just took the one my insurance cover. Ever since that day I'm practically blind from my left eye. they keep changing medication every time i will go back to my appointment. never did i got a call from no one to see how i was doing. them I saw the Dr. again case they told him that i was till not able to see, so he told me that i had a problem from birth. no one has ever told me that i had any defect in my vision from birth. specially when i had a laxer surgery in his same office over 20 years prior for narrow glaucoma. but that was his poor excuse. so he referral me to another Dr. to clean his hand with me. and as of today i still can see from my left eye. (No I don't Recommend his practice or him)

Dr. Bosem was great the surgery was as a complete success and the recovery was very easy.

This was the most painless process ever and I'm not even referring to the actual procedure. Dr. Bosem and his staff were truly amazing. I went in for my consultation on Monday and had the procedure done on Wednesday. The ease of everything made me so happy with the decision I made to go with Dr. Bosem while I hope to not need to come back, if I do, this doctor with be my #1 choice!
