Not a good experience
So disappointing. I had high hopes with all the positive reviews but my experiences have been anything but positive. He doesn't really listen. He is absolutely horrible when it comes to follow up or following through with something. My office visits are always incomplete because he does not fully address my concerns or provide complete information. He is also extremely hard to get a hold of.

All the staff and Dr. Lumsden is very helpful
I'm very satisfied with the care I have been receiving. All the staff is very helpful and get back with me quickly when I ask questions on mychart. Dr. Lumsden listens to my every concern and doesn't type on his computer when I talk to him like some others I've been to. So thank you all for the care you give.

Great Visit
He went over my CT scan with me. Explained all the questions I had about it very well. He is kind and has time for you and no rushing. I really like that in my Doctor. Try him, you will like him too.

Yearly checks, minimal wait time, friendly staff, listened to my answers to their questions, Dr Lumsden reads all the notes in the chart and provides clear explanations, for why he is recommending anything, allowing me to decide what I want and participate in my care.

Great doctor
Our primary doctor retired and we had to find a new one. We tried several before Dr. Lumsden. He is very attentive and thorough. We are really glad we decided to make him our new primary doctor!

Dr Lumsden was easy to visit with and he listened to my symptoms and concerns. He asked questions to clarify. He took his time and wasn’t in a rush to just make a quick diagnosis and see the next patient. You can tell that he cares about helping his patients. I’d highly recommend him.
