Dr. Marc Orlando, MD

3 years ago Dr.Orlando performed a BBL on meAfter 4 months in and out of the hospital to keep me from dying (6 surgeries)and more pain than a person can imagine I am faced now with a backside that resembles ground hamburger. What I paid sixteen thousand dollars for that was supposed to make me feel more confident and beautiful turned into the complete opposite and a total waste of money. I am a cancer survivor of late stage 3 cancer. I went through chemo, radiation and surgery to survive so I understand pain and healing all too well. I know what it is to fight for my life but I never thought I would have to again over an elective surgery. My recovery from the damage Dr Orlando did was unbearable and I will have ongoing pain for the rest of my life as a result of his negligence. Dr. Orlando made no attempt to compensate me for my losses let alone be accountable which speaks volumes to his professionalism.

I'm also sorry to give only 1 star review also because Marc seemed to be a nice person. The procedure he did to me was done completely different than what was described. He had to re-do the surgery to straighten my eyebrows and the second time I was not under local anethsetic. It was an absolute nightmare. Sadly after 15 months since the surgery I still no longer have feelings from my eyebrows to the crown of my head. He said the feeling should come back withing 6 months. I'm afraid since it has not returned it will nver come back. This has turned out to be the worst decision of my life. I hate the feeling, or I should say, lack of feeling I have to live with now.

Sorry to say because he seems like a nice person. The truth is: I was left with sever disfiguring scars. Had to do hyperbaric chamber 2x a week for a month. He did not offer to fix situation. He moved practices and suggested ali go back to previous practice where work was done for lazer. Asked if I could live with scar is color was normal. ??
