Dr. Marcelle Rousseau, MD

I've been seeing Dr. Rousseau for several years. I can tell that she is stretched thin given the type of office she works at. She has given me great care though, and she really listens. I was having mysterious symptoms and was dismissed by other doctors. She referred me to a specialist and I found out that I have an autoimmune disease. She has a great beside manner and she has consistently done her best to help with all of the issues I've had.

I have had a terrible time dealing with Dr Rousseau this year. I have severe ADD and have SUCCESSFULLY been on a regular dosage of medicine for more than half my life. When I started seeing Dr Rousseau she admittedly told me she knows nothing about ADD or my medicine and subsequently refused to give it to me. After multiple office visits and much frustration she finally gave me a FRACTION of my medicine (3 months later). This pattern has continued all year, with her only giving me a portion of my medicine 3 times since January. It has had a serious impact on my mental health, and I can't wait to get a new provider in 2021. Dr Rousseau knows nothing about mental health, should not be seeing any patients dealing with mental health issues. She has been nothing but unprofessional, ill informed, rude, and on a power trip. Do not see her. Would give negative stars if I could.

They cancel my baby's appointment without notifying me. No one asks us to make an another appointment. When I called the clinic to make another appointment, no one reply us.
