Dr. Marcia Caron, MD

I saw her for bad pain and had labs done. I could see the results in 1-2 days but didn’t hear anything back. I called to see what next and had to wait 5 more days until she was back in the office. Her schedule was also fully booked out by a month. I called 2x but the nurse lines were busy until the third time. I finally changed doctors. As someone who also works in healthcare, I understand COVID is affecting everything including care and this was just my experience. I was only able to see her once and it did not seem positive.

My husband and I saw Dr. Caron for fertility concerns. She gave the shortest answers possible, and didn't really answer most of our questions. She ordered a lab to check my hormone levels. I received the results in the mail, but it was just random numbers. I was left to google my results since there was no note or follow up from Dr. Caron. She also ordered a semen analysis for my husband, which he's now been chasing the results for hours on the phone. The results were never entered in his chart, and the nurses can't access the information without Dr. Caron. It's been 2 months, and she's not available so we're left to wait until she comes available, whenever that will be. Typically the point of a lab is so you can review the results and take next steps based on those results. In my opinion, patients are dollars to her, and once you walk out, she gets paid so there won't be follow up if you don't harass the office for more information.
