One of the Best!
I knew of Dr. Reeves reputation from working in a hospital where he made rounds. He is so highly respected by other physicians, staff, and his patients for his excellent care and spectacular diagnoses! When my mother came to live with us in her eighties she chose a group of doctors near our house, but after 4 hospital admissions I begged her to try Dr. Reeves. She loves Dr. Reeves, Marian Smith NP, and the entire staff! They are so kind, attentive, and give EXCELLENT care! She is now 90 and hasn’t been in the hospital since changing doctors!

STEER CLEAR OF DR. REEVES
PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! Take Heed to this experience. This is a follow-up to a earlier review. I kepted calling the office trying to get my prescription called in for arm pain, just to find out they had been lying the whole time saying..."there's nothing wrong with you" "you have a upper respiratory infection" "sinus medicine just been called in". The lies kept coming so I asked if Dr. Reeves could come to the phone so we can get an understanding of what's going on. Quickly the staff said he's on a conference call. I then had no other choice but to write this review in hopes that no one else have to go through and experience this trauma. All I can say is record your conversations while there, and get whatever paperwork you can before leaving. My son and I was referred by highly respected people. Now I have to let them know of my experience. Dr. Marcus Reeves is incompetent of treating patients. I will report this to the medical board as well.

Always caring and nice. They feel like family whenever I come for a sick visit or check up. Was dealing with unexplained infertility and they worked closely with my Gyn to help me be able to conceive. Would recommend 10/10!

This man should really have a course on caring. They get the right to practice and forget about anything else. This individual sent a dementia patient home instead of following instructions to release to a skilled facility. I will reframe from calling this man a Dr.

I'm kind of surprised reading the other reviews but I had the opposite experience. I called and was able to get an appointment same day having never been there. I'd been searching for a GP and found this one out of coincidence when need arose. Dr. Marcus was great, very knowledgeable and more importantly explained his diagnosis in detail, he even brought out a medical text to show me. This tells me he wants patients to understand the issue and shows compassion. He will be my GP from here forward

Had multiple issues getting procedures ordered. Also had issues getting prescriptions filled. Overall, I have come to doubt his office's ability to execute, so I have to find another Doctor.
