Dr. Margaret Still, MD

I have gone to Dr Still for several years and I have never been disappointed with staff or services. She comes in .. ask questions.. does her exam and finishes with questions, concerns and what she is going to do or she refers to a specialist. She is kind and gentle. I really enjoy her staff too.. I have been going long enough , they know who I am.. they are friendly and helpful. Patients, need experienced doctors and staff. Her office and staff offer this experience and they truly care. They truly do care and they follow up.

I have been to her twice and both times she seemed like she was annoyed, like I was keeping her from doing something else. When I answered any questions she asked she was dismissive to the point of rudeness, like she didn’t want to take the time to listen to anything more than a brief answer. I was an RN for over 40 years and this is a totally unprofessional,unacceptable behavior. She needs to work on her people skills

I saw Dr. Still recently for the first time and was extremely disappointed with her and her quality of care. She was disinterested, dismissive, and did not take me or my medical concerns seriously. I had a physical and asked her about pain I felt in one of my kidneys, and she completely dismissed my claim and said that it was muscle pain. I was certain that it was kidney pain as I had 4 years of severe kidney pain prior to kidney surgery and it felt the EXACT same. I told her this, and she said no -- that it was just muscle pain. Even if it was not kidney pain, she still should not have dismissed it as it greatly limits my activity. She also did not give me enough time to ask questions. She let me ask the one question about my kidney, and then she said goodbye and left. I literally would have had to yell after her down the hall to get her to answer my other questions. Maybe she did not take me seriously because I am a young, female, and otherwise healthy individual, but I don't know.

I would never recommend her to anyone. She wouldn’t even examine me and said all my problems were due to being overweight. It was as if she didn’t even want to touch me. I went in for a sick call complaining of severe abdominal pain, she said it was due to over eating, wasn’t it. Instead a couple of days later I needed emergency gall bladder surgery. During that time as a patient at North Fulton Hospital, she never came to check on me. Another time, she couldn’t figure out pain in my feet. Didn’t refer me to another doctor, just said she didn’t know what to do. Advised me to take high does of Advil. Well, that failed, when I developed an allergic reaction to it. Terrible doctor!!!

Dr. Still and Dabney are kind and reliable. I am extremely impressed by the care I receive. Little or No wait times. I feel secure with her assessment and plan of care.

I have been going to Dr Still for years. She always has time to discuss any concerns I have. She is always punctual

I have gone to Dr Still for many years (14) and just love her!

I previously used to see this doctor for a few years up until approx 2008 and had no issue w/Dr Still. Unfortunately her nurse assistant was rude, arrogant, and unprofessional which cost the good doctor a patient of hers. I know that if I had that impression, many other of her patients felt the same.

Dr Still is the most warm, caring and thorough Dr. I've seen - ever. She listens carefully, and explores all options with you as a patient. I have recommended her to many of my neighbors and co-workers.
