Dr. Miller was almost an hour late for a routine physical exam. When he finally showed up he blamed the health care system for being late because he had forms to complete. I could hear him through the walls using profanity about the forms prior to my exam. The exam felt rushed and Dr. Miller continued to complain about his situation through.

I am a new patient of Dr Miller's and very pleased with his skill, and his philosophy of treating patients. I'm 68 years old and have some issues associated with age. Dr. Miller's philosophy was to not treat things if they dont' need to be. Sometimes it's just the way it is - don't need pills, surgery, etc. If there is something important then he deals with it. Very common sense and honest. He is pleasant and friendly a great listener and I'm glad I found him

How can you this doctor is caring. Pushes pills and tests. But actually talk to you? Absolutely no. He runs a mill. In and out quickly and spends all of his time looking at his computer. If you don't take the time to understand your patient, how can you provide appropriate care? I get better care now from the local urgent care. And by the way, I had been a patient there for over 12 years.

Dr. Miller is a very caring doctor. Alpharetta Internal Medicine is an outstanding practice in this area. I have been a patient in the practice for over 10 years. I totally disagree with the negative comments below.

Dr Miller has been my doctor for several years. I have been satisfied with Todd and the medical staff, however, the front desk staff and the billing department are the reason I will be changing doctors. They do not return calls and their billing practices are unacceptable. They called me and said that I had an outstanding balance. Eventually they realized/admitted that they mailed my bill to the wrong address. I am now being charged $140.69 in late fees on a $326 bill even though I paid the bill

Nice Dr, but talks too much and is always late for appointments. Got 1st appointment of the day today at 8:30, he only came at 9:30 and slated family issues and traffic, same excuse he has used before when late. Not acceptable that you wait so long for a dr, then he just wants to talk personal stuff with you. I don't mind doing that when dr is on time and you have a 1/2 hr slot, but when he is running late, I think of all the other patients after me that are going to be later and later.

Been going to Dr Miller for about 15 years. Has always shown a great of interest in me. Listens to my comments and concerns and has always addressed the issues. Had a heart problem 4 years ago and he took quick action coordinating with the local hospital. Totally satisfactory result. Would highly recommend Dr Miller and his practice.
