Knowledgeable, personable and seemingly a very competent physician.

This place is absolutely terrible ! This office is a mess with patient’s files stacked up on the front counter and all over the front office with zero organization. The office is out dated and difunctional and they do not have the capability to email patients and lack the basic use of using an answering machine for patients to leave a message. You will be lucky if someone picks up the phone for a few days and if you request a referral to a specialist, it will be a nightmare trying to get it done. My insurance even tried to call the office and said they do not pick up the phone or have voice mail, so we suggest switching your Dr. The Dr. Will give you the minimum help possible. My dog’s veterinary clinic is more helpful and organized then this facility !

I am an ethnic minority female who has never received proper care from doctors until I met Dr. Hasan. Not only she took care of me she also fought with my insurance on my behalf to get me to right specialist. I have never felt healthier in my life and well taken care of.

I called this provider via video call and I was expressing to her that I was experiencing severe symptoms. She did not once look me in the eye and she seemed to be busy with other work. She did not give me any helpful information regarding my symptoms. She proceeded to tell me she would send over pain relievers and hung up the call when I asked her for a doctors note. It is unfortunate that people have to deal with providers with this terrible attitude.

She was really rushing the appointment and kind of rude. She forgot some information on the prescription so it could not be dispensed and contacting her again was nearly impossible. She prescribed something that was not a good choice during pregnancy (I am pregnant). I had to see another doctor so it was just a waste of time.

I love my doctor. She has helped me diagnose a deadly disease early on and get me the help that was needed. I owe my life to my doctor and really appreciative of all she does for her patients.

I had a virtual appointment with her towards the end of 2022. I tried to be as friendly as possible to show I appreciate her time. But she was very rude, quick, and had a very unpleasant tone. She wasn't even pretending to care about my symptoms. The least she could've had was a neutral tone. At least I got my prescription.

I had a great virtual visit and experience with Dr. Hasan. She diagnosed me with a sinus infections based off my symptoms. She sent the prescription right over during our call. She was pleasant to speak with and was friendly on the call. I would recommend her to my friends and family :)

She and her office are awful. She still works in an old-school style, they don't have email or text communication with their patients, her office is a mess, and everything is piled up with zero organization. She doesn't have EMR or EHR, so you have to go to her office to find out about your blood work results. There was not even a cotton ball at her office when the MA wanted to take my blood test. That was the worst experience I had with her. You have to pay cash for your co-payment, she doesn't have a pose for not paying taxes.

I had a Telehealth appointment with this doctor and she was rude, curt, and insensitive. When a patient comes with legitimate concerns and is feeling emotionally fragile, what they do not need is an impatient doctor who shows little concern and rushes through the appointment. She does not take time to consider the patient's full medical history and acts frustrated and as though one is wasting her time when one asks legitimate questions regarding medication she wants to prescribe. Based on my experience with her, I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. She is quick to provide "solutions" without asking questions or seeking to understand the patient's medical history. Suffice it to say, Dr. Hasan is not a pleasant individual to interact with, provides poor care, and just has terrible bedside manners!

Paid $64 to have a telehealth visit with her. She was rude and rushing me and then said she would send out a prescription for me for my ear infection. She never did and didn’t document my visit so no one has any record of it. I have no way to contact her unless I pay another $64 to video chat with her.

Dr Hasan was able to make a last minute accommodation for me and was very thoughtful in her care. I would refer all my family to her.

My wife and I visited today at Brentwood Health Center. We were waited for 45 minutes to see her. After she came in the room , was very mean, rude and Unprofessional. She was not like a doctor more like a mechanic. When she entered in the room, looked at us, not even saying hi. Started saying why are you here ? When my wife started to speak she rise her hand and said one complain at a time.. I DON’T HAVE TIME ! There are patients waiting for me.. I am very disappointed to see a doctor like her. I would not go to her and DO NOT recommend anyone to visit her…
