Highest Level of Professionalism
Very professional and a very high level of service. Lots of capabilities are available including EKG, echocardiography, stress test and halters for home observation. They’ve also been remodeling their office and the improvements are major. Yes it’s pretty busy and that is expected in a cardiology practice of this size. They also serve a good amount of people in the community. Had examinations and a procedure with Dr David at NYU Langone. Great doctor, very competent, multi-linguist and excellent communication.

the worst that I've been, the staff is rude and the waiting time is ridiculous. they made me wait more than 3 hours and then they told me that my cardiologist won't see me because he was too busy and this was my follow up visit after an ablation...very unprofessional.

Horrible service and lack of follow-up.
Firstly you deserve zero stars. But one was required to proceed.Overcrowded waiting area. Ordering too many tests. Nasty technician performing the echo & carotid doppler. Terrible office manager, with memory lapse.

Covid Hotspot
Not only are masks not required or even encouraged, nor worn by the doctors or workers, the waiting room was so incredibly packed and I was required to wait for so long I think the only way I might not have caught covid would be the power of the vaccine and sheer luck.
