Wait time for us on that day was roughly 2:30. Never get to see her, when we finally see her, all we can see is an unprofessional, rude, having no remorse for her patients. Office is dirty and equipped with outdated machine. Just a terrible experience. Good thing we only spent 1 day there. My goodness

The worst OBGYN I have ever experienced. She is NEVER on time. You could have the first available appointment and she will be walking through the door 15-30 mins after your scheduled appointment. The office staff is her daughter/family member of some sort and when you complain to her she just looks at you with those big eyes and will not say much. Once you get to the back you still may have a longer wait...Thin walls, you can hear what the docs is telling the patient in the next room.

I did not have my first co pay payment for CHIP PRENATAL and she let know she was not doing anything for FREE and so on . So of course that was an argument right away because i never asked her to see me for free i actually asked to reschedule my appointment until i had the co pay fee , but instead she insisted on arguing with me the majority of my visit.....Totally unprofessional

Exam rooms dirty and no medical history questions asked. Billed my insurance company but labs 1) performed labs i specifically said I did not want 2) I asked the lab tech to send my labs to a specific diagnostic company and she said no problem that's who they usually use anyway and they sent them somewhere else 3) lab has me listed as self pay so my insurance was not billed. I have tried to call them all week about the lab stuff multiple times a day at different times and I just get the service

Horrible. Didnt listen ti anything i said. Did not do proper testing. I ended up being rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery. She didnt even care. Very very poor bedside manners. No compassion. She only wants the money. She does not care about her patients.
