I was Dr. Ray's first appointment for the day. I spent two hours waiting for Dr. Ray to come in to work that day. Her office staff had no idea why she was late. When she finally arrived, her hair was uncombed, and she gave no apology or explanation for her tardiness. When she examined me, she was extreeeemly rough and hurt me terribly, with no appology. She offered to do surgery, but I chose to see a different, kinder, gentler doctor.

Dr. Marie Ray did emergency surgery on my mother. From the minute I met Dr. Ray in the ER, I knew my mother was in good hands. Dr. Ray was calm and efficient. She spent as much time talking to me and calming me as she did my mother. After surgery, Dr. Ray came to talk to us in my mother's room, Dr. Ray sat on the corner of the bed and talked with us completely explaining what she did and why and what we should expect after surgery when my mother was recovering. I completely recommend her.
