I’ve been calling for 2 days no answer. I need a referral to go see a specialist and they do not answer the phone.

Worst experience ever. She speaks to you rudely and never follows up on prior authorizations with the pharmacy or insurance and they get mad when you call them

Dr . Tromans is very unprofessional and has a Terrible bedside manor. She made my adult daughter, who has been recovering from severe side effects from a spinal tap, cry. I just can't believe a doctor would behave in this manner. She made her sit up in pain when she was told that my daughter was in a lot of pain and couldn't sit up for long periods. My daughter was treated like a drug addict and she never addled for anything but a leaner of absence letter to give her college

People are really care over there, understandable, and reliable. We can definitely count on them.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tromans at her Greenacres/Palm Springs office on Congress Avenue for at least 10 years. I switched insurance last year and decided I needed to see a doctor whose office was closer to where I live. After two visits with the new doctor, I went back to seeing Dr. Tromans. It was worth the drive. As another reviewer noted, Dr. Tromans gives you the time you need to discuss your problems. She gives you straightforward answers to your questions. She is not a pill pusher, like some doctors. If she does recommend a medication, she will give you an explanation for why she feels you need to take it. Some of her staff in the Palm Springs office have, at times, been less than five stars worthy. But she also has some excellent staff members. Clerk, Alexandra was very rude n uncooperative on the phone. She refused to provide the name of the Drs. Assistant, claimng that she was the asst. I needed insurance referral for DIagnostic that was requested twice by DCA n your clerk was abruptly uncooperative n rude.

I had my first visit with Dr. Tromans yesterday. I can’t imagine anyone giving her less than a 5 star rating. I am 71 years old so I have a lot of experience with many different doctors in my lifetime. Dr. Tromans and her staff are professional, caring, knowledgeable... everything you want and expect in a medical practitioner. I am so glad I listened to my friend, who referred her to me!! I am very satisfied with Dr. Tromans. ??

A doctor who doesn't watch the clock and listens!

My appt with the Dr was changed, without my kniwledge, to an appt with the nurse practitioner. And I don't like the nurse practitioner, which is why I made an appt with the Dr! No warning, no call, nothing. How is it if I cancel at the last minute I have to pay, but if she does the same, it's just my tough luck? Rude!

Started well. But then I never saw the Dr. Then after my heart attack I showed up for an appointment and there was a problem with my insurance and we said we would pay cash because I was out of meds. Receptionist said no problem. Then the nurse came in with a bad attitude and said NO. I'm out of meds, just had a heart attack, not a new patient, with cash and the nurse turns me away. This practice if for desperate people only who cannot find another physician to take their insurance.

Dr. Tromans is a wonderful, understanding doctor. You may have to wait to see her because she gives all her patience as much time as they need. She is an excellant doctor.
