Dr K never, ever, never gave me a welcoming spirit. From entry to exit her focus was data entry. After 2...I say 2 visits of repetitive questions & a zoom call appt., she announced that would be our last as she was retiring. I'm still in disbelief. The referral she gave me was just as whack. Why are these people allowed to play in this field? My neurological faults are still hovering in a suspended state. I need help fro.someone that truly cares.

Dr. Kraus doesn't look up from her computer while "attending" to you. After nearly a year she didn't even know my name or anything about me, nor did she care to learn. She undermined my health, ultimately leading to multiple setbacks. I found her to be judgmental and evidently overwhelmed by her teaching/patient workload. She isn't up to date on the latest medicine and lacks the transparency that any patient, especially one suffering from a bad concussion wants and needs. Negligent.
