I have been with Dr Garretto for 21 years. I have ulcerative colitis and he has helped me to go from a stage 4 with my disease to remission and living a very healthy and happy life. I will be forever thankful in how he has helped me. He is the best.

Dr. Garretto has compassion, he’s earth to talk too and as a patient makes you feel comfortable. He answers all questions asked, no matter how crazy my question maybe. He’s organized and his office staff works like a well oiled machine. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any GI care. I feel in good hands being under his care.

Dr . Garrett Is the best specialist I have ever seen. He is so knowledgeable, caring and tries to avoid needless testing. I recommend him constantly to everyone I know.

I will be referring as many people as I know to Dr. Garretto, as he is not only up to date on current trends in his field, but is thorough in his procedures, and is the most compassionate and caring doctor I have had the pleasure of working with. I had a personally sensitive issue pertaining to my own care, and he showed utmost professionalism in handling it. I knew I was in the best care, and anyone who goes to him is as well.
