Best Doctor ever, have been seen her for the past 19. Took great care of me and my 4 kids throught out my pregnancies having complications with preclampsya always felt safe and well taken care by her and her great team.

Rushed and dismissive
I suffer from mental illness and am pregnant. She is unbelievably dismissive of my physical symptoms, favoring talking down to me for not seeing my psychiatrist. My main issues have been physical since the first visit. I have had to call ERs for information as I cannot get informed from her clinic or reach her. My pregnancy has been incredibly difficult on my body and only through my own research have I gotten close to relief. She offers no reassurance or education. Communicare Westside is the worst.

Didn't get to say thank you
Thank you Dr.Hodge, for delivering my children. I started seeing you when I was 16yrs old in 2003 till 2013 . I was 25yrs old when you found my cancer. If it wasn't for you making me feel cared for all those years I wouldn't have found out and I may not be alive today. Thank you very much you beautiful lady. You helped save my life. God bless you.

She listened to all my concerns.
Right off the bat I let her know my history of complex pregnancies. She was hands on about getting me into the specialist as soon as we could to keep a eye on baby and took all the precautions to help me have a healthy pregnancy. I always felt comfortable asking and talking to her about my concerns and she always took the time to answer in detail what was happening. When it came to delivering my son the staff was amazing and doctor Garcia-hodge did amazing with helping me know when to push and explaining to me what was going to happen. Once again the staff in my delivery room was amazing. I was iffy about coming here because of the rating but my experience was great. Although the front desk at the time was a hot mess and the wait times sometimes took a while. It seems to be getting better at the front desk and they seem to be getting more help.

Bad doctor never answers phone, didn't let husband cut umbilical cord, cut me during labor without warning or explanation. Could hear her and staff discussing patients loudly.
