Repeating requests for more proactive BP MEDS.
Dismisses Epicpen requests knowing I’m allergic to bees.
Repeating referrals to Doctors I’ve already seen. Bottom line is medical needs can’t be met even when I’m proactive and educated about my medical conditions.

The level of care I received from Dr. Scott was exceptional! He has great bedside manners, he listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized treatment! I absolutely adored all of the ladies at his office, they all displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit! Some people just make “life” better, Dr. Scott and his staff does that for me! ??

Was billed for additional services bc I discussed general health such as trouble sleeping. Apparently, he is only able to take my height and weight and blood pressure. If yuou're going to bill people extra for supposed "extra services" tell them up front rather than surprise them with a bill after the fact. If I can't trust you with my waklet, there's no way I'm going to trust you with my health.
