Dr. Mark Cheng is an exceptional practitioner. He is highly empathetic, thorough, and communicates effectively. I feel truly blessed to have found him. Dr. Cheng is a remarkable credit to his profession and the Legacy Health group. Every visit exceeds my expectations, and the care I receive is consistently outstanding.
