I’m 78 years young. Had severe stenosis. Couldn’t walk 100 feet to mail box. Dr. Coseo performed a TLIF - fusion L4-L5. Three months later walking 3-4 miles a day. He is the BEST.

From my first consultation with Dr. Coseo he was interested and thorough. He ultimately did the surgery to fuse several vertebrae in my neck. I have healed well and attribute that to his caring and focus. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

I just began seeing Dr Caseo to help address my neck, chest, back and arm pain and numbness. I have officially been deemed disabled, and I was at a loss for solutions to my problem. Dr Caseo did his evaluation and actually listened to my concerns. He didn't rush right to surgery, although in the end i think it may be the only route to possibly helping my problem. He explains the benefits, risks and even the possible lack of benefit. I look forward to working with him more. I am confident that He may actually reach the root cause of all my debilitating issues in time. As of this moment, I rate him 5 stars. He didn't push me right to spinal fusion, although it's been discussed, nor throw more pharmaceuticals at me. Genuinely seems to care about his patients. Hard to find that kind of doctor when we are in the age of just treating symptoms and then treating the side effects of treatments.

Dr Coseo was very compassionate with my situation and was detailed about the SCS Implant procedure! He allowed me to meet Dr Emr who works together with him for the implants. My wife and I were very confident that we chose the correct doctor for this life changing surgery!

He is the only back doctor that I have found to be helpful. I have seen other doctors that I have seen that are supposed to be doctors,that wouldn’t even take the time to do anything for me at all.

The most important thing to say is Dr. Coseo did a wonderful job with my spinal fusion (TLIF)/laminectomy surgery on 9/19/23. I can now walk pain free and stand up straight. During consultations before surgery and during follow up appointments he is very patient, welcomes questions and is courteous. I never feel he is in a hurry. He is a nice person.

I had back fusion & stabilization back in October. When I first met with Dr Coseo In July of 2023 he was very attentive to what I had been going through. He was through and explained what I was in need of. I went for the surgery as I had been unable to sit for over 6 month's. I was very nervous as I really had not had any back issues. Over 4 months in, I can sit..a VERY slow healing process. Dr Coseo has been wonderful! Listens to my concerns, worries and is willing to let me try new meds for nerve pain. I am very happy I chose him as my surgeon! I wanted someone who was compassionate and listened! I got that! Hoping the next 4 months are even better.

Wished he had gone over images a bit more throughly. Be more precise Total visit with Dr. maybe 10 minutes.

He squeezed me in to review my case. So I didn’t have to make another trip in two weeks. Plus my pain was so intense I could hardly walk.
