my first plastic surgery there three years ago sadly today after going through three surgeries with him, I’m updating my review. Here is the reason. I'm very unhappy with my leg lipo results . after spending more than 40k with them and having 3 surgeries there, they didn't take care of me. They never followed up with me after my leg lipo and 8 months passed surgery I visited the office (10 days ago) to express my dissatisfaction about the result . There is no change in the look and size of my legs. I spent 10 K to get rid of fat to some extent and have reduction my thighs size , neither of those happened . Disappointingly they didn't take responsibility for fixing my thigh. Brittany told me fixing my leg is contingent to me taking an extra cellulite procedure and spending another chunk of money. Patient satisfaction in plastic surgery is 101 of this business and the surgeon is responsible to meet with patients expectation to a good extent.

Dr Marc Gaon is a terrific plastic surgeon. He did right by me. If it wasn't for his Patient Coordinator, Chrissy Donatelli, I might have backed out. She is totally professional and has knowledge about the procedures and is a total asset to his practice. Dr. Gaon was very courteous and explained what I needed. But Chrissy patiently answered my phone questions and couldn't be more helpful I

Recently had mohs surgery, which resulted in plastic surgery. Dr. Gaon was terrific, very focused and professional. I would highly recommend him.

Without a doubt this surgeon is the #1 plastic surgeon. Excellent bedside manners. Honest. Humble. Amazing results! There are a lot of surgeons out there who may tell you things that are not factual because they are just not competent or as highly skilled so beware. If you are seeking a surgeon it would be a mistake to not see Dr Gaon!

Less than 1/2 a star

So,my wife was bitten in the face by a big dog, the dog's tooth went in just under her nose and riped her upper lip clear through and all the way down, as well as smaller puntures in her cheek and hand. when i brought her to the emergcy at Saddleback i was told they would have to call a Plastic surgen to fix her face. So they called Dr.Gaon. what a great professional he is, I'm an EMT so I watched him place every stitch about 70 of them,, what a great job he did, cant even see a mark.thank you.

I would like to say that Dr. Mark Gaon is a incredible surgeon. He made me feel comfortable he was very honest. My results are amazing, I get compliments daily asking me if I changed my makeup or haircut. I work in upscale retail store and my customers always asked me and I tell them it's Dr. Gaon.
