Goode is probably overworked and understaffed but once you’re in the exam room, he goes above and beyond. Great listener and knows what he’s doing. He explains everything patiently and does not get flustered with my millions of questions. He always has a smile and treats everyone equally (I’m a minority).

There is NO office staff! I waited in the waiting room for 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there, then another 45 minutes before seeing Dr. Goode. When I finally saw the doctor he did not have the results of the tests I had I had taken. The department at MacNeal Hospital closed at 12:30 so I wasted my day for nothing. If you call the office you are handled by a call center in Indiana. Worst patient care I have ever experienced.
