Dr. Mark Lauron, MD

Dr. Lauron is a very caring doctor and will spend a lot of time with you getting to know you and your condition.

I love Dr Lauron but like many others writing a review, I’ve experienced negligence when it comes to the front office staff. Not very good in the big picture.

Dr Lauron has been my Doctor for several years. I like the doctor himself but his office is absolutely horrible. I call for appointment and they do not pick up. I leave a message for an appointment and they do not call back This happens continuously. I get the line I didnt get the message which is a lie. I get no response and get no appointment and I get bull from the office staff. If I can never see him what is the point of having him as my doctor. II have been driven into total frustration and now looking for a new doctor.

Dr Lauron used to be a great Dr. but that has changed. He is very hard to get a hold of and his office staff is very rude especially the one that answers the phone. Sometimes I don’t even think she relays the message. If you are lucky enough to get in front of Lauron, after waiting hours to see him, he will give you his attention. But he can’t even call when you have a teleappt scheduled. I have been with him for years and always think it’s going to get better but sadly it’s only getting worse.

We have been patients if Dr Lauron for years! Great Doctor!

Thankful for the care I receive from the Dr. And staff.

Dr. Lauron seems to run late by 30 to 60 minutes. One morning when I was the first appointment of the day he was late coming to the office. When I asked the staff where he was after 30 minutes had passed they didn't know - he hadn't called in. After 45 minutes I left and expressed my displeasure with his continual tardiness and lack of communication with his staff. Shortly thereafter I received a letter from him... not an apology, he "fired" me as a patient for expressing my displeasure.

I had an injury when I was visiting California, I called his office and was seen right away. He even did a follow up phone call to make sure that I am doing ok. Such a sincere and caring Doctor. Thank You!

I have been under Dr. Mark Lauron’s care for many years and this I can say with all honesty that he is a very caring doctor with a very good rapport with his patients not to mention a good bedside manner when I was confined. He spends more time during my visits and sees to it that he answers all the questions I ask with regards to my health issues. He is an excellent PCP and would stay with him for good!

Nice Guy. Doesn't seem to go that extra mile. Difficult office staff. Charges to refill prescriptions. Other MDs in Apple Valley with 5 Stars. Will be changing soon!
