My Uncle was seen by Dr. Lipitz in UPMC Altoona Hospital for an underlying medical condition causing him hypertensive crisis. The very first evaluation he did in the hospital room was extremely thorough. He was very interested w/what was going on & I could tell he loved what he did & took it very seriously. My mind was immediately at ease &hope was restored my brother would be given the very best care by a Dr "who cared" He took time to explain everything& we couldn't ask for a better Neuro!
