Dr Piotrowski - A True Professional.
Dr Piotrowski and his staff are very professional. When in the office for exams; next steps are clearly explained by his associates as they perform various tests. Upon seeing Dr P, he first takes a moment to read the notes from the associate I had just been with. Subsequently, he performs his exam then he will explain what the notes and his observations mean to me. In clear plain layman terms. My experiences is that he definitely works for the best interest of the patient. I greatly appreciate him and his team.

Great doc
I’m at several years with Dr. P since 3 separate tears and surgeries over 5 years. His demeanor and professionalism are spot on. Very thorough. Absolutely covers all questions , concerns, and future health considerations with patience and easy to understand language. Well run office and great staff techs as well. Highly recommended.

Excellent Caring Physician
Dr. Piotrowski performed cataract surgery on both my eyes and the results are outstanding. He was always kind, professional, prompt and seems to truly care about his patients. The entire staff in Hoffman Estates was wonderful as well.

Had me sit in a chair with dilated eyes for over 1.5 hours. I was informed that dr. piotrowski was out of office to attend to some work and would be back in about 15 minutes. He was back after about 1 hour. Sad !! Our time is not valuable to physicians.

Sat in chair fir 40 min while my eyes dilate, meanwhile Dr saw 3 patients that came in after me. When he walked in the room never said hi I’m Dr Pertowski or even apologized for making me wait. After he examined me and gave me my options and knowing my financial situation he offered a lens that he stated would hep my problem and would be no extra cost to me. When I went to set up my surgery the girl said I needed to come up with $2200 for the lens to correct my problem I told her what the Sr said and of course he denied it. I asked to speak with him and he refused to talk with me . His office staff was very unprofessional as he was.

So disappointed by Dr. Mark Piotrowski at the Elk Grove location. 2hr wait time while there and 1 month wait time to see the doctor in an urgent matter while under his care. I was prescribed medication unnecessarily, which end result, caused my vision to worsen and cost me additional out of pocket expenses to seek out other professional care in the interim regarding the symptoms I was experiencing. Negligence and poor quality of care.
