Orthopedic engineer and nice man
Dr. Spelich has a medical orthopedic degree and specialty and also an engineering degree. He has fixed nearly everyone in our family with one joint or another. My wife and I both have hip replacements, our son has a knee replacement and a daughter a fixed broker wrist- all fixed by Dr. Spelich. WE trust him!

Fixed me without surgery.
Two surgeons tried to convince me to go under the knife. No way, 1 injection from Dr Spelich loosened up my shoulder and now with PT I'm doing great.

Best surgeon and best follow-up care
A fantastic surgeon who completed a complicated knee replacement, after my wife had been going from doc to doc looking for a surgeon, not a factory replacement. Thank you to Dr. Spelich who took his time to plan her surgery and the follow-up appointments with attention to detail. No factory for sure.

Exceptional physician in Boise
Dr. Spelich is an orthopedic specialist and was able to fix my tendon and ligament ongoing problems I've had since high school that others doctors gave up on. It did take a surgery for a fix to the mechanics of how my body works and he was very encouraging with the following physical therapy. He's pretty funny and no question is a stupid question to him. He actually called my wife himself again the next day to see how I was doing. Very personable.

Excellent shoulder repair
Excellent shoulder surgery repair. We highly recommend Dr. Spelich to anyone who has put it off for too long. He is patient and answers all questions and really educates the patient on what the surgery can and cannot do for you. Great details on healing follow-up. Free annual follow-up exam too.

Calm with the patients!
Our son's knee pain was unbearable and another doc said it couldn't be fixed unless they did surgery. Dr. Spelich did a much more thorough exam and asked alot more questions. He listened and was calm, making our son (and us) feel a whole lot more confident. Injections were the answer and Spelich is very smooth. No pain injection!

Excellent and professional
Very grateful for the care, honesty, follow up for the treatment I received for my summer broken arm. PA Lou was entertaining, too! For the naysayers here, understanding the nuances of a medical practice takes skills in patience. I always was treated with the utmost of respect, explanation of my details was thorough.

If I could give 10+ stars I would. I found out I needed emergent surgery on a Saturday afternoon and that the on call physician would be doing my surgery. I was very nervous. I had not met Dr. Spelich; he called me that Sunday and spoke with me for 30+ min-answering all of my questions in detail. The next morning before surgery I met Dr. Spelich and his PA, Lou. The incredible bedside manner made me feel so comfortable; I knew I was in good hands going into the operating room. Since surgery I have been amazed by the care and genuine concern by Dr. Spelich. Dr. Spelich is honestly the best provider I've ever met. He genuinely cares about his patients and the final outcome of their surgeries. He is down to earth, extremely kind and goes out of his way to be sure you are healing well. I will have a full recovery because of the care I've received. I cannot thank Dr. Spelich and Lou enough. Forever grateful.

Dr. Spelich was fantastic. Took an interest in my knee, and during surgery, was mindful of my work situation and what would be best for me, pertaining to treatment. The office is a different story. I remember once where I was called back and seen within 30 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. Every other time I spent at least 30-45 in the waiting room, just to be put in a room to wait another 20-30 minutes. Quite inconvenient, especially when I'm already losing hours at work.
