No sympathy
I went in for my first ob visit with a new pregnancy after having my stillborn daughter earlier this year with no answers as to what happened. He was super rude and had no sympathy for my concerns and at one point even stopping me midway through my sentence saying “stillborn are more common than I think” and “high risk is a term that is used very loosely” stating that there is nothing that will be looked over any differently this time around than my last pregnancy. When I asked her prescription prenatals he told me I might as well just stick to over the counter and if I want prescription I need to give him the exact name of what I want..which I don’t even know and wanted recommendations. I will never see this doctor again and I do not recommend anyone using him that has gone through a loss from pregnancy.

I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. He is always calm and professional. His nurse is so accommodating and friendly. My visits are timely but never feel rushed. Highly recommend

Mark Thompson permanently banned my wife from 20 ob/gyn providers after she decided to consult a midwife for what seemed like a normal pregnancy, no other reason. She is now unable to receive care for serious issues due to what I can only assume is Mark's bruised ego, completely violating the Hippocratic oath he swore. What's more, once we were in the midwife's care, an ultrasound identified a very serious condition (cervical insufficiency), which put our baby's survivability at risk - she was placed on bed rest immediately. Mark failed to catch any of this.

Women, please never go with this doctor. I saw him back in 2009/2010 when I was pregnant with my son. I decided part-way through to go with a mid-wife. I let the front office know at my last appointment when they were trying to schedule me for my next appointment. A while later I got a letter from him that I was terminated. I was surprised but didn’t think much of it. Now, it is 2019 and I called to schedule an appointment with a different doctor there only to find out that when he terminated me he banned me for life from four practices and twenty doctors. All because I switched to have my baby with a mid-wife. I did nothing wrong for him to do this to me. Completely shocked is an understatement. Management has talked it over and have decided to uphold his decision. I’m very surprised that they run their practice this way. I wonder how many patients he’s done this to? There was never any conflict or words said so this was very surprising.

Dr.Thompson has been my doctor for 12 years. He listens to my concerns, and always makes me feel comfortable. I like doctors to be straight forward with me, and tell me the truth, which he always does. He doesn't judge and is available when I need to ask a question. I've never had any other doctor this long and I plan to stay with him even if I end up with insurance he doesn't take.

I visited the location for my annual Women's Wellness exam on 01/18/16 for an appointment at 1:15pm. I was there early and the lobby was empty. They did not call me to the back until 1:40pm and after they let everyone that came after go directly to the back. The Dr, Mark Thompson, did not come into the exam room until 2:00pm and he was speaking so loud through out the office that I could hear his discussion with the patient before me. He asked me the general questions, that are included on the f
