Request appointment for urgent spine pain issue. Drove to office with MRI discs for MD review. 72 hours later no call from Tammy with decision. Inquired next day - Friday - at 9 am and told she would call when she arrived for work. No call back!!!!! Now I have to drive back to the office - 1 1/2 hour trip - to retrieve them discs. Am disappointed Dr Tirana condones this level of service. I work coordinating appointments for insurance companies with physicians. He is off my list and I will make others aware

Professional and courteous. Dr Trianna has performed two surgeries on me since I’ve been under his care and both have turned out well. Would highly rather recommend he and his staff.

My main complaint is with the Manager at his office, which happens to be his son! He needs to be trained in his professional manner in dealing with people. Due to his poor social skills I called him out and advised him he needs to be respectful with regards to personal medical information when speaking across his desk at people waiting to get an appointment. Things happen for a reason and I would not recommend this office strictly due to his son's behavior. Daddy needs to give him a time out!

Dr.Mark Triana Is the best orthopedic specialist. He is caring, giving Doctor. He goes above the call of being a great doctor and mentor. He gives 100% to all his patients. He is honest about what needs to be done and what doesn't need to be done. If you want the best doctor and care. He is the doctor you need. He has been my Doctor since Oct. 10, 1996. He listens to what you have to say, and he sits down and explains everything to you. So that you understand what is going on. God Bless!

Very smart very friendly doctor as far as I'm concerned I've lived in Georgetown South Carolina for over 30 years and had several orthopedic surgeons and Dr. Triano who's the best surgeon that I've ever had to do any surgery. I'm 6 foot five flight football when I was younger I am 50 years old major injury causing me to have a lot of damage in my neck and lower back and knees and hips and I truly believe that he is the best orthopedic surgeon I have ever met .
