Dr. Weeber Review
I have been going to Dr. Weeber for over 10 years, even before he came to Mission Ranch. The best thing about him in my opinion is that he listens to what you think might be wrong. He appreciates someone who understands their body and wants to try a different approach. He always takes the time necessary to understand what the problem might be.

Dr. Weeber is a very caring, competent doctor. He doesn't rush you, and he takes his time to listen to you to see what is going on with you. I considered leaving him as a doctor only because of his nurse, Suzy. She is rude, accuses you of things that are not true, interprets lab work and pretty much runs the whole office. She is never wrong according to her. I just wish Dr. Weeber would man up and deal with her.

I have been a patient of Mission Ranch Primary Care for 14 years. I use another provider at this office. My provider was booked for the day and I had a need to see the "on call" Dr. After waiting almost an hour to see Dr. Weeber (I normally wait about 15 minutes for my Dr) he strolls in and says "what do you think you have goin on? Do think it is______? Didn't even really examine the location. Checked his computer and then said I have sent a prescription. Go to check the pharmacy 4 hours later. It was never sent. Called the next morning and they said it would be done by lunchtime. Called pharmacy at 2:00 and it still had not been received. Called my providers assistant and after reading the Dr's notes, she forwarded to my doctor and I had the prescription ready in about 30 minutes. Avoid this doctor. Terrible and horrendous patient service.

I concur with all of the comments about the nurse Suzy. She is horrific. Dr. Weeber even seems afraid of her. She refuses to do prescription refills and will tell the patient that she is totally overworked and cannot do her job. She will not give the doctor any direct messages regarding treatment. She takes it upon herself to tell the patient there’s nothing wrong with them and the doctor doesn’t need to hear their complaints. She interprets lab results and refuses to schedule follow up appointments for the patients based on her findings. When I pressured her to get an appointment because I was concerned with the results she said I was being combative and said I was getting “fired” by Dr. Weeber and was no longer a patient. I do not recommend this office environment unless you can confirm Suzy no longer works there. She is a danger to the patients.

Dr. Weeber does not take any care or concern for his patients at all. You wait 45 min to see him for a 5 min visit. He never has an answer for your medical questions. His nurse Suzie is very rude, degrading and unprofessional. I definitely would not recommend him.

Him and his staff were very rude and degrading to me. Don’t expect any sympathy from them. Got treated like a drug seeker after asking them for help. Don’t ever go to them if your having difficulty dealing with life stresses and hope a Dr might be able to help you. They don’t care.

I had to move to another doctor at Mission Ranch. Dr. Weeber seems to care more about his nurse than his patients. Kind of sad to leave because my husband and I both like the doctor but he protects his rude nurse at all costs. As the office manager said yesterday, “I’ll tell him he’s lost another one.” I recommend you stay away from Weeber until he finally decides he can live without her.

Liked the doctor but his medical assistant is extremely rude. Members of our family have had other bad experiences with Mission Ranch Primary Care so would not recommend anyone going there. Even if the doctor is OK, staff makes experience awful.

I started seeing Dr Weeber after my physician retired. I then experienced a unexpected illness that prompted many visits. I must say that Dr Weeber has taken excellent care of me. There have been very many visits that I cried as I get use to my new normal. His nurse Suzie has been patient and kind. Patty took care of all my disability forms with the state and made sure I received my state disability;

Dr. Weeber has clearly been the most helpful of all physicians by whom I have been treated. His knowledge base is exceptional, particularly appropriate in dealing with older patients. He has treated me for emergencies and regular check-ups. He has also referred me for appropriate diagnostic exams and appropriate physicians, therein. I recommend him without reservation.
