I would never recommend Dr. Robinson except for very minor procedures or surgeries. I found her to be unprofessional, cold, and calculated in the way she treats and handles elderly patients. She has no clue regarding how to handle patients with a terminal diagnosis. I would also definitely not recommend Chesapeake Urology as I made three verbal complaints regarding Dr. Robinson with no response from them. I finally received a call from Dr. Robinson on 2/19, only after filing a formal complaint to the Board of Physicians. Again, her message was cold stating that she was sorry about the last visit with my mom, but was busy answering questions from myself, mom, and aide and trying to coordinate care. She never even bothered to address in her call her approach to myself and 94 year old mom stating that she had very aggressive bladder cancer and had two months to live. It was not so much what she said but what my mom, myself as well as the aide thought of the way she came across.

Outstanding Doctor and a very nice person. Friendly and caring and an excellent listener. She really makes you feel at ease and well cared for. She is one of the best Doctor's I have ever gone to see!
