I had a virtual visit with Dr. Hernandez today. I was pleased at how he made the virtual interaction as normal as could be. I appreciated his down to earth personality and willingness to listen and help with my situation. My main provider is Dr. Perales but it’s great to know he’s available when she isn’t.

Dr. Hernandez always listens to concerns, makes plans with the patient after discussion. My former MD only wanted us to see specialists for everything. Dr. Hernandez will do test, then refer if needed. Concerned about life quality of his patients. Office staff efficient, responsive to needs.

My first appointment was with Dr. Zuzak was ok (at best). The visit was very rushed, and once we hit the 20 minute make she started to walk out the door, was answering my last question in the hallway next to the receptionist(unprofessional). I thought I would schedule another visit to get all my questions answered (which I didn't get answer on my first visit). Due to timing I had to see Dr. Hernandez who was absolutely awful, and has no bed side manner at all. I tried to ask to speak with Dr. Norma, but she was always busy to help a frustrated patient. It was very disappointing, and worst of all I was trying to find a new primary care Physician. #300.00 and 2 weeks later still need to find a new primary care Physician.

States he is 100% certain he is not going to practice medicine and all his patients need to get a new PCP. Oddly though he has just changed locations and accepting new patients. Blocks and unblocks his patients from his many social media sites while making them believe he closed his account. Betrayal of trust is unbecoming to someone who describes himself as a Man of God and physician.

I will never recommend Dr Hernandez because since he's been at dignity medical I have been treated with anything but dignity. The people at the Phoenix location are rude, unprofessional, & could care less about any patients needs, even in pain. BEWARE they'll get you used to at least being able to see a doctor, & then treat you like you have to jump through their hoops when you really need one, without getting to even a nurse.

Dr Hernandez was so professional, patient, and kind to me and my parents during their first visit with him. He made my father, who normally doesn't trust doctors, feel so comfortable and safe. He truly knows how to listen, and addressed our needs in a timely and thorough way. His staff was also super friendly, and I would have put 5/5, but we did have an unfortunate event with one of the medical assistants there, but it was quickly resolved. Thank you all for the great work you do!
